Haley Selarnick, MS, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a degree from Thomas Jefferson University.
Haley’s approach to therapy is both compassionate and attentive and she strives to collaborate with clients to find solutions that work for them. Haley specializes in seeing individuals struggling in relationships, as well as couples counseling. Being a systemically trained therapist, Haley looks at the impact society, family, friends, partners, and cultures have on our journey. She understands that, at times, we all struggle to move out of ineffective and harmful communication patterns and within that struggle we find distress and anxiety.
To that aim, Haley employs a combination of insight-oriented and evidence-based approaches, including Emotion-focused couples therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients achieve their goals.
