Dr. Jonathan Rabbani, Psy.D. of Thriving Center of Psychology, is a doctoral resident who specializes in treating individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and trauma.

His collaborative and warm approach allows for clients to set clear goals and effectively work towards significant change within their lives and relationships. He has extensive experience in treating adults and adolescents in a variety of settings including hospitals, universities, and private practice.

Dr. Rabbani only incorporates evidence-based treatments in his practice that are grounded in research including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness..
